Hey there 👋🏼 My name is Sumaya, and everything just shared are things I’ve personally felt and experienced. After YEARS of struggling with weight gain and diets that didn’t work, I started my journey with Intermittent Fasting.


It's the single best decision that changed my life.


I've lost 64 lbs. and 60 inches around my body and saw a transformation in my body and mind. Most of which took place in the first 8 weeks of my journey. And all while juggling a busy schedule and without layering in a diet or exercise.


I'm in the best health of my life as I've reversed my pre-diabetes, no longer have issues with high blood pressure or sleep apnea. I have more energy and look and feel younger.


I have since helped thousands of others to feel the same. My journey has led to me becoming a Fasting for Weight Loss Expert and a Coach for one of the largest Intermittent Fasting communities with over two million members.

While there are incredible benefits to Therapeutic Fasts (which involve multi-day/week fasts), they are not part of this Challenge experience.

I don’t know what fasting schedule to do. Will you help me?

Yes! You will get help with setup and figuring out how much to eat, tips to adjust your eating, and guidance on how to fast over time.


You'll also get answers to your questions and will have support along the way with regular check-ins designed to help optimize your progress.

Is Facebook required to be part of the Challenge?

Not at all! Participating in the Facebook group offers really great additional support and accountability, but it's not required.


However, this Challenge is designed, so you receive tips and advice by email. You're able to watch video Q&As, and more via the Challenge app.

Is this Challenge for newbies or experienced fasters? How much can I lose?
